What file formats do you accept?
We accept all major file formats including PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX), and plain text files. If you have a different format, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is my document confidential?

Certified Translations
What is a certified translation?
A certified translation is a word-for-word translation of your document that comes with a signed certificate of accuracy on our company letterhead. This certificate attests that the translation is complete and accurate to the best of the translator's knowledge.
Will my certified translation be accepted by USCIS?
Yes, our certified translations are guaranteed to be accepted by USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services). We follow all USCIS requirements for certified translations.
Do I need notarization?
Notarization is available as an additional service for $19.95 per order. Some institutions require notarized translations, so please check with the organization that will receive your translation to confirm their requirements.
How is a certified translation delivered?
Certified translations are delivered as a signed, stamped PDF that includes both the translated document and the certificate of accuracy.

How much does a translation cost?
Certified translations are priced at $19.95 per page (250 words or less per page). Standard translations are priced at $0.10 per word (minimum 250 words). Additional services like notarization and expedited service are available at extra cost.
When do I pay?
Payment is typically required after you approve the quote and before translation work begins. We accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. All costs are clearly stated upfront in your quote. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Can I get a quote before placing an order?
Yes, you can upload your document and request a quote at any time. The quote will show the exact price based on word count and document type before you commit to the order.
